i want to start a MLM in mumbai(India).Need to know formalities

Hi,
In order to form a MLM company in India you need to register a company with Registrar of Companies. You need to first draft objects of the company, scope of work, nature, capital, in short prepare the business module.
Once you obtain the Certificate of Incorporation of your Company you can sttart your business.
