Legal Question in Business Law in India

I had wired some money in the us in 2003 for importing computer items which included the freight. The clearing forwarding agent not only did not hand over the Delivery order and filed a case against me for the freight. Since I knew that the case was very clear and was baseless and I paid Rs. 5000 as cash to a lawyer of tis hazari who did not pursue my case and finally the forwarding agents got the attachment order in 2008 as my lawyer did not attend any hearing. . Then I took the services of another lawyer in 2008 who also did not represent my case and on the contrary kept me in dark saying that he was on the job. I also could not get the stay in high court today because of my lawyer who could not speak in front of the megistrate. And the High Court megistrate said that I lost all the chances as the appeal was not filed in due course of time.

I want to know if there any chance that I file counter case of wrong implicating me on that forwarding agent and start the case afresh in anyway as I presume that the 2003 case is still alive in 2013 also as I am to pay the demanded amount and this that the facts if represented properly would have been in my favour.
