i am having an ancestral property on my name ...when i was minor in 1993 my father , mother sold the property i done signature as minor in register office ..that time i dont know the thing that i happening recently i came to know when i saw the register document that i sold the property has a minor .... now my age 34 can i claim or check that it is illegal registration has i was minor that time...or limitation act applies for it...ple give advise ...thanking u

For declaring a sale illegal the time limit is three years from the date of knowledge/sale. A minor can challenge same within a period of three years after attaining majority. Limitation Act very much applies to it.
Law is clear that a minor's property can not be sold without permission of the court.
