Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sanjay Kalra Sir

I wanted to build some temporary shop on the below plot of land on which i have got stay for maintenance on charge so that i can give it on rent or start some tailoring type of house hold work there to earn my liveli hood.

I am not talking about building some thing in the house in which i have got the RO under DV Act.Also wanted to ask can i do something for getting the judgement of DV Act earlier as it is almost 2 years have been passed since the filing of dv act case and i have asked for some monetary relief also but my husband has denied having any relationship with me. I have all the marriage photos,id and address proof ration card . I have a son and daughter in law with me.

I am putting my question again to provide you the link.

I have got the 125 CPRC Exparte order of maintenance of Rs.500/- p.m. against my husband. I have all photos of my marriage and id and address proof and i have also got ro in a domestic voilance act case with my husband to stay in my house till the disposal of the domestic voilance act case although this house has been sold out, i am allowed to stay here at my house.

I have got stay on maintenance on charge on plot of land which has left out to be sold my husband .This is the only land which could not be sold my husband. I am 56 and my husband is 62. i have a 32 years old son and daughter in law(23) and two grand sons with me. In each and every cases my husband has denies having any relationship with me and my son.

Recently i have also filed the case for declaration of legally married wife .

I just wanted to know wheather i can built some thing on the above plot of land which has left out to be sold by my husband and i have got the stay on maintenace on charge on this plot so that i can give this place on rent to someone so that i can get some money for my lively hood.

Please Confirm.
