Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
I appeared in exam. for post of assistant professor (higher education) conducted by CGPSC as a ST candidate. I selected as unreserved candidate in merit. Now I want to join the service as a general candidate(unreserved)and I am not interested to avail benefits of reserved candidate. Can I do this. Please provide me some authentic documents.
Thanks
