Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father is fighting for his share ancestral property for the past 34yrs which is being enjoyed by his brother. my dad's brother is a lawyer and being a lawyer he has put forgery signature of my grandfather he has taken money from the bank and even changed some documents.my father won the case at kumbakonam lower court in 1998 but since his brother is a lawyer he bribed my dad's advocate and told not to give the copy. My dad's brother has once again appealed in madurai high court but the case was not numbered till date. how can we get that judgment copy from the court, what punishment my dad's brother will get for cheating being a lawyer. what should we do get his share.
