Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my father is fighting for his his share ancestral property which is being enjoyed by his brother. my dad's brother is a lawyer and being a lawyer he has put forgery signature of my grandfather he has taken money from the bank and even changed some documents.my father won the case in lower court but since his brother is a lawyer he bribed my dad's advocate and told not to give the copy. now how can we get that judgment copy from the court, what punishment my dad's brother will get for cheating being a lawyer.

You can change your lawyer.
You yourself can apply for a copy of the order from the Court.
You can file a complaint against your lawyer in the Bar Council for not providing you with a copy of the order.
