Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father's sister who was unmarried died intestate recently. Both her parents are no more. Two of her brothers are surviving while the 3rd died after succession open. Please clarify as to who will be the legal heirs. Are only the living brothers the legal heirs or children of the brother who died after succession open will be entitled to become legal heirs as per Hindu Succession Act. I am a son of the brother who died after succession open.
