My grandfather had 4 Son's and the last son was adopted by her sister as she didnt have kids. Now he has got all the property from the adopted father and intends to get more from the natural father too. When the 3 brothers told that the share he has got from his adpted father is in crores and he should not be asking the share from them. But he is bent on the share.. please advise if we file legal case against him will we get the judgement...

If the Adoption is legally correct and accordance with law then you three brothers do not have worry about anything . He cannot claim legally from you if the Adoption Deed and the adoption has been done according to law. as the adoptive son has already inherited the property of his adoptive parents, he has no legal right to claim the property of his natural parents. it is a settled law.
