Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Now we hear STING operations are carried out agaionst doctors to black mail and extortion. Is this legal? is it not disturbing your privacy. Some one posing as patient comes in and takes away your photographs and record the conversation which she started.

if the doctors are doing malpractice and giving wrong advice and try to fleece the patient, the stings may be held legal.
