Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My husband has kept one mistress and is totally in her control. i have one son and the mistress has two sons . I have got the court orders in my favour and i am also getting Rs.500/p.m.maintenance from my Husband. My Husband has huge ancestoral property .i have filed the case for its stay but it is pending and justice is yet to be done from court regarding stay order since the last 4 years . Recently he has sold all his ancestoral property on 7th January'2011 which was included in the ancestoral property for which i have filed the case for its stay also since 2007 and case it pending in the court, Will this new Sale Deed done by My Husband will be valid Can i challange this .. Can i stop the purchaser to enter the the plot of land and challange this Sale Deed as the decision is still to be done.
I have already put the application for Dakil /Kharij not to be done in the local nagar panchayat .
Sir, Please it is my humble request please reply me urgently as i think within 35 days of registration i have to put the challange in the respective court.Sir i know u r busy but please show me the way

Section 52 of the Transfer of Property provides adequate measures in respect of transfers during pendency of suit.
However, you should be guided by your lawyer knowing all the facts, circumstances and matter before the court.
