Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
mere bhai ne municipal council,Alwar(Raj.) se mere makan se sambandhit sabhi documents rti ke tahat nikalwakar court mein pesh kar diye, kyonki court mein hamara parential property ko lekar already case chal raha hai. ky municipal councial mere niji documents aise de sakati hai. kya rti ki dhara 8(1) mein vahnit dharao ke baad bhi mere document diya jana galat nahin hai.
