Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am peerzade abdul rahim living in 57,salis bury park,yasin jug dargah,pune-37.I have a 2 BHK flat on 2nd floor(area-1000sq ft).I am a permament rent payee living since from 12 years.my flat owner gives our whole building under SRA goverment Scheme.I dont want to give my flat to under this scheme.sir please advise me what can i do in this matter?
