Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

hi my name is raj sharma

from rajasthan(INDIA)

my question is....

Can we evict a tenant who was rented 6 months before if he is irregular to pay a rent from past 3 months. i had given a rent for 11 months to an relative of mine. am telling him to vacate the house because i have to conduct my daughter marriage there after 1 month , but he is explaining me some nonsense explainations that he is not able to find any house near by. if he does not get any house till then he will shift all his goods (furniture etc...) to one of the room in my house & he will take his basic things & valuables with him. After marriage he will shift again. Till that i will try for new house or else we will adjust as stated above. So please suggest me what action should i take. Am affraid that he will raise some problem in future. & more over i have not done any legal agreement between us...

He is threatning me that if i force him like this he will file a case against me in court & police station. i have lost complete faith in him when he threatned me that he can file a complaint.

please sir/madam help me out
