Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir,

my father used leave in a c.h.s. in andheri , mumbai. he left mumbai in 2001, giving house on rent, keeping trust on my relatives, who used to leave next door . then in 2002 my father died, i wasnt aware about house in mumbai , i was busy in study and job in goa, in 2007 when i arrieved in mumbai, i came to know that house is sold , now no one tell me the truth who has sold the house, definetly not my father.

then i been to the society, even they lied. then i went to mhada, the society is under, s..r.a. scheme, not allotted yet.

from mhada under r.t.i. i got the annexture 2 ,in which found my fathers name still on the papers.

now can u suggest me what next step i take. i have no other papers. from where i can get some more informatins or copies of the papers ?

i m a stand alone person ,no support from any where plese show me the way. i want my house back.

There is no information about the present status of the house. Find out that who is staying in the house and in what capacity. You can approach directly to the occupant or the association under RIA. Lodge a criminal complaint against the occupants as well as the persons whom you suspect that they are in collusion for present stage. It is also open to you to file a Civil Suit for declaration of your title through your father.
