How to vacate interim injunction in High court.. As my case is pending for more than 2 years in madras high court .suggest me to vacate it??
Details of the case:-
A.S.412/05 , pending before fast track-ii court chennai in which R3 died on 21.05.06. For this the appellant filed L.R.petition on 12/08 and the petition was dismissed . Hence he approached High court,Madras and obtained interim injunction CRP-3245 and CRP-3246.
The case is still pending before the Fasttrack court for more than five years. There is no progress in case . Please suggest me how to vacate interim injunction in high court in this situation and suggest me some lawyers in madras high court to take my case.

Move an application u/o39 r 4 cpc for vacation of stay before the court who has granted the stay to the party. i know some gud lawyer .
