Law against Job Termination

I am a permanent employee of IT \Software Service Provider company in India. I have 3 years of experience. I have taken a loan. In case if I am being a part of Lay- Off what will my company has to pay after my job termination.

Your lay-off compensation may depend upon the terms of your contract with your employer. If there is no provision for any compensation in your agreement, you may not get anything. If you are a workman covered under I.D.Act, you may be entitled to rentrenchment compensation as per Section 25 of the Act.
