constitution and panchayat raj
the gram panchayat laying the road widening all of sudden and digout entire road till my compound wall. at the edge of road water pipes and drainage pipes are there. all pipes broken all of sudden and now drinking water stopped from the pipes. how to approch the court

It may be temporary problem; approaching the court will be costly and time consuming. you may better try to settle the matter amicably with the Gram Panchayat and local people.
