Legal Question in Construction Law in India
In 2003 i agree to purchase a land which is about 2700 sq ft to my fufa. they wanted
to give this land to me because this land is in my campus. i pay most of amout through through draft. now still after 9 years they are not register this land to me. but i build a house on this land . now what should i do? rahul, bihar
