Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Do builder can construct and sell ground floor flats when it is not mention in floor plan or sale catalouge. Can soc. Has right to give noc for such flats

If you are referring to redevelopment, the builder gives the members benefits like additional area, corpus fund, rent and shifting allowance. The builder has the right to sell all the spaces specified in the plan including the ground floor, unless specifically otherwise agreed to with the Society.
