Builder is not finishing apartment pending tasks
Builder has not kept his promise and once we took possession, he is not finishing any pending tasks.
Several cracks in apartment (bedroom) and getting bigger
Painting on apartment Common walls is completely dirty with cement stains. No gate Lights.
No Letterbox and Nameplates.
All electric wiring in bad shape � everywhere HANGING wires like a CONSTRUCTION site�
Issues in electric wiring in COMMON so we get low voltage in lift.
Genearator of low capacity, Gymnasium (only for name - no instruments) and childeren play area is ''Open Ground''!!. He has not even transferred electric meter and not given possession certificate. Possession was 6 months late and now, we are staying from one year. Repeated complains - no update from him.

You may file a complaint in consumer forum regarding negligence in services.
