Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Dear Sir
I have purchase a room in chawl building, where some room are ownership and pagdi tenant. Now we have registerd welfare society and now landlord is going to demolise building and make new building. Landlord wants to collect construction cost from all tenant.
Since some owners refuse to give construction cost, they say we will give new registration only.
