Legal Question in Construction Law in India
Regarding the 'Party in Person'.
Actually i want to know about the legal position of 'party in person'. Is it acceptable in eye of law?. Is it possible that any person who want to apper before any court either lower of Court or Supreme Court, can he? In this respect i want some supporting citation or proper authority to Clarify the situation, if any objection raised.
