Legal Question in Construction Law in India
We are four persons having NA land in corporation limit, gave development agreement and irrevocable power of attorney registered to one builder in the year 1999 but he cannot develop our plot where we are suppose to get 500 sq.ft. flat each by builder as a compensation against the POA.
Even today in march, 2012 no development is done not even building plan is sanction by the builder. can we sell this land to other person by signing Kharedi Khat(Agreement for sale)? We have issued him many notices for cancelling the agreement and POA and also state our POA is cancelled.
kindly advice.
