Legal Question in Construction Law in India
A sworn affidavit was signed for a contract work and money was also advanced. However even after waiting for the past 14 months the work cannot be started. It was found out that the work order was fake. Advanced money is not being paid back on pretext that he is not in a position to pay back. How to go about to file a suit for money advanced and also interest as agreed in another affidavit in event of the work not being able to be executed?
