immediately file complaint u/s 420 ipc against the culprits and ensure that you get it registered as FIR.
Re: Adventure country resorts ltd .
It appears that you invested money in this company and the company has disappeared.
You can take three actions, all at the same time, if you wish--
1. Complain to Registrar of companies
2. Complain to police
3. Complain to the District Consumer Forum.
It would of course be better if the comlaints are drafted by an advocate.

we need the details regarding what they had promised you at teh time of taking teh amount. further you may be having some documents regarding the payment made to them on which their address may be there. you will have to issue a legal notice and then file a complalint before the consumer court for deficiency of service. Further if you have been cheated you can also give a complaint to teh police for cheating

Re: Adventure country resorts ltd .
You can register an FIR against company and its directors. If the company is registered one then you can get details of company's registered address from registrar of firm/companies and also the name and addresses of its directors then you can proceed against them and could also make complaint in consumer court. You are advised to firstly lodge FIR and then exhaust other civil remedies against them.
