Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Blocking of House-passage

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a House on the

Year 1999. It was a corner plot and

was having passage(with

easement rights) on its two side

(West & North). Till two months

back, I didnot have any problem.

But recently, one of my neighbors

has blocked one of the passages

(by fencing) without citing any

reason. I feel deprived as a

consumer. I have registered

deed with all relevant documents. I

didnot get much help from local

police station. Please suggest, how

should I approach to consumer

court for this case. I can provide

you the details, if you need so.

You need to file in an application under the right of easement.

You may consider engaging a counsel and file a civil suit in the local court.

Re: Blocking of House-passage

This is not a consumer issue. Consumer courts have nothing to do with it. You need to file a civil suit in the district court.
