Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want a buy a laptop computer from a person which he has been using since last one year and he is offering it to me @ Rs. 12000. But the only problem is he dont have the documents regarding the purchase receipt or invoice with him now. He is not providing me any proof of my purchase from him. Legally is this acceptable, what is the procedure to make this transaction legal to avoid any problems thereafter.
