Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Was there any case filed in consumer redressal forum by a person against his lawyer for defeciencies in services? If yes can you get me the case no,judgement date & address of the court where it was filed.

lawyers do not fall under the consumer cases . You can make a complaint against the lawyer in the state bar council in which state he or she are practicing.

as per advocates act u can file complaint to related state bar council and if they find it true they can send the matter to disciplinary committee
