Being cheated

I paid Rs-1.6 lac to purchase a house.But I withrawn from the deal as i found they are deviating from their words/promises what they have given me at the time of registration.

Later I came to know they are cheats & have police support, politician support & other criminals in their hand.

Plz advice me sir, how to get back my hard earned money from this cheaters? will they obey for the law?

Again it will cost me money & time?

How can I proceeed?

You can take the following three actions--

1. Police complaint

2. Complaint to Company Board

3. Complaint to District Forum.

All three can be done at the same time.

You can do this yourself. It should not take much time or expenses. If you hire an advocate, that will be helpful.

You can file a case u/s Sec 420 OR Sec 406 IPC in the court. To get back huge amount you have to spend some time and money. Find people like you who were cheated and file complaint jointly in the court.

You may consider lodging a report with the police about cheating; or else file a suit for recovery.
