Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I am a complainant and victim of a big mobile company, On 28.01.2011 it was my date in district consumer forum delhi. my case has been running for approx. 2years. the opposite party was cheated me two times as they said that they are agree to give me the cheque against the settlement but when i said this in the court that i am ready for the settlement, they(opp. party) always denied it. they wanted to defame my image before the honb'le court. but today on 28.01.2011, judge asked all the things to me and the opp. party about the matter. then hon'ble judge got angry on opp. party and said if you take a big price against your product, and when it become defected within the warranty period so why you dont do your job honestly? and why you harass the customer? and finally without any written and oral argument judge said that the order reserve. then I asked about the meaning of ORDER RESERVE to the court staff, they said it means you need not to come here again and no date will be given to you. you will receive your verdict by post after few days. So that I want to know this by LAW GURU that what is the meaning of ORDER RESERVE and if I want to challenge this order in UPPER COURT, so what are the formalities and what is the time bar? THANK YOU

Order Reserve: Based on your complaint, reply filed by the opposite party and the affidavits of evidence, the consumer forum will pass its judgment. For this, no date is fixed. As and when the Forum finds time, they will write the judgment and then send a copy to you by post or you may also keep checking for you to collect in person. It is after you get the copy of the order then you see whether or not you need to challenge it before the state commission.
