consent/bond by patient

can a doctor manage consent /bond from patient party in this maner like :patient admitted for operation :D&E ,HYSTERECTOMY & etc. ? please provide me the ans. IS it approved by medical ethics / rules?

Your question is not clear.

The doctor may need patient's consent for carrying out certain procedures.

even though the doctors try n save themselves under the garb of consent bonds but in case the medical negligence is proved beyond reasonable doubt, then even the bonds cannot rescue the errant doctors.

Your question is not very clear. However, there does not appear to be anything wrong in what you have written. It does not appear to be against medical ethics.

BTW, a consent form is NOT a bond.
