Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

consumer court

1)consumer court has become more difficult previously we could send it by post and the action was taken.

2) now we have to attach 5set of xeorax and personally to visit the consumer court.

3) i would like how to get along this matter

4) lastly i am not expert in writing the draft so i can u help me in this matter.
