consumer protection
I have purchased surgical loupe,foreign product imported by indian enterprise.with 3 days a crack was detected broke spontaneously, obviously due to poor quality or manufacturing defect.no response on informing company.want to get replaced.what should i do?

Pls file a complaint against the manufecturer in Distt. Consumer Forum.For more advice contact personally.

You should file a complaint with the local District Consumer Forum. The procedure and guidelines are available at http://www.mp.gov.in/mpfood/model_form_of_complaint.pdf
However, it is always better to let an expert handle this by engaging an advocate.
