Dish TV

Hello! sir/mam I m Riyaz. I purshased Dish Cable TV in the name of my Mother Ayshabibi. The camera of the dish Tv is defected and duplicate as i hv inquired the same with two three electronic shops.My mother has issued the notice to the shop owner of the Dish Tv from where i hv purchased. But he is not ready to compensate. I decided to file a complaint against him in the consumer court. Can i file a complaint in my name as my mother is unable to attend the court?

1. The complaint should be in her name. She can authorise you to attend the court etc. on her behalf.

2. If she is a senior citizen, it will help because early hearing can be requested for senior citizens, widows and the disabled as per Consumer Protection Regulations.

you can very well contest on behalf of your mother. Take a Specific Power of attorney form her to appear in courts

File complaint in your mother's name and take a General Power of Attorney from her giving you the right to pursue the case.

yuo have to file complaint in teh name of your mother but she can authorise you to deal with the compliant

File a complaint in her name and get her Power of attorney.
