About my Handset problem

I have purchase a handset of USHA-LEXUS 8 months ago. Now in that i want to activate GPRS system,but that is not working on phone(phone has GPRS system).I mailed their customer care & they send me settings that didn't work,after that my brother got started. now GPRS is working on mobile but i want that on my PC & i again mailed them 10 times but they ignoring me & did'nt reply me so what should i do now ? can i sue them in consumer court??

You have purchased goods that do not function as expected / promised by the seller and they have not set right the defect in spite of requests. You can sue them successfully.

It is advisable, though not necessary, that you send them a legal notice, preferably prepared by a lawyer before filing the complaint in consumer court. Sometimes the notice itself may make them comply with your request. If it does not, the notice will help at the time of filing the complaint.

Yes, if the service provider is "deficient" in any manner, you may surely file a claim in the consumer forum.
