To joint as a necessary opposite party to the Consumer complaint

hello! Gud morning Sir/mam,

I filed the consumer complaint to the District Forum and received Written Statement from the Opposite Party. But with the said W.S one person filed his affidavit obiviously he is concerned person to the matter and he is owner of the authorised service centre. He has charged me for reparing my goods within warranty period. I hv not mentioned him as a opposite party earlier. Can I make application to the District Forum to joint him as a nessessary party? if yes under what Section ? Please inform me. Have n nice day. Thank u.

There cannot be a straightforward answer to this unless I know details. Whether to implead him as a party or not will depend upon which option helps you. Which option will help you cannot be decided without knowing details of the case.
