Late delivery of Courier

An admission form of B.Sc., worth of Rs.100 was sent to me by my brother through a Courier(Blaze Flash). But it delivered to me nearly after a month and the last date of filling the form became over. Now what should I do ?. And if I claim how much return I will get ?

It is deficiency in service, your brother as well as you can file complaint in consumer forum. You can claim as much as you want, but it depends upon forum to decide what your entitled to get.

You will get nothing because you are not supposed to sent any currency by courier,. Your claim will only lie if you have any contract with the courier.

It is a case of deficiency in service. you can approach consumer court and can file a complaint claiming compensation from courier service provider.

claim will depend on circumstances but do send a notice first for rs 1 lakh to the company. and if they dont pay at least rs 20000/- then move to consumer courts.
