Right to purchaseser for new vehicle

Sir

we have bought one new vehicle like earth excavator

from large manfaturer in india.when we paid our part of payment balance out of machine cost we have arranged with private finance .After recived full amount the delar cum manufaturer deliveried the machine to us .But they have no valid licence to sell

the vehicle as on date we came to knew that matter later so we cannot regist the vehicle with registring authority in goverment . so the machine is still in

idial.While the fanancier also take stpes to cheze the vehicle . the financicer also not submitted the neccesary documents like no objection certificate.still what will we do? what is right to us for prevent to chize the vehicle? plz kindly reply me thank you
