Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

state foram
kya koi aaisa law ban chuka hai ki internate par vaddi ya prativaddi ko court mai present honai ki date batta di jayai? internate par inform karnai ki? kya koi latest law rule bana hai? ya consumer law mai koi new ammedment hua hai? please tell me?

Thanks for referring an interesting question of law involved in the matter. I had carefully gone into the facts narrated by you in your reference.

Till date no such law has been passed which tells litigants date of hearing. However cause of everyday can be seen on the website of the court. No new amendment in Consumer Protection Law . Better you make your question more clear about amendment in consumer law.
