Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i filed a monetary suit against ongc. i won it. the they filled an appeal in the high court but the appeal was dismissed. then i filed an execution case for the money which became 10 lakh ( with interest). now they say that the total amount according to them is just 3 lakhs. can a commission be issued in this case? can a ca be brought in this case so that he can decide the actual amount .? can somebody site come relevant ruling for the support of the case.

The execution will be for the amount as shown in the Decree, i.e. final order of the Court.
