Search Results for 'someone harrass me last few months and he is having mine signed cheques and now he presented my cheques in my account and that are bounce now he send me a notice by an advocate to fullfill my payments in 15 days otherwise i do a case in sec420 and 138 on you,but i have never any financial dealing with him in my firm'

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please ask for Cheque Details (Bank Name, Cheque Date, Name of Beneficiary / Payee, Cheque Amount, Cheque Signatory) and insist on copies of the bounced cheque(s) to verify authenticity and match with your own personal A/cs and firm's A/cs record.
