section 138 N.I act

I have been chrged charged under section 138 by my cousin, who had my signed blank cheque in good faith. Now he has mis used this cheque by depositing in a bank and it bounced and filed a complaint under section 138 N.I saying that I have taken a loan of 10 lakhs from him., though there is no written prrof or agreement and I am not liable to pay even a single penny. He is harassing me for the same.He has filed this case in dalhousie lower court. Does this case comes under section 138. Pl. advise what should I do , desperately requires help.

you need to attend the case and you will be required to fight it out and prove that u dint give any such chque. take services of a good lawyer for this.

i will suggest you to file a case for cheating against him
