Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam, I am live in delhi with my mother father wife and daughter my younger brother is not live with us and i dont know where he live with there wife and child, my brother give someone a check of rs. 5 lakh and the check is bounced and the holder of the check case in name of my brother u/s 138 but last month holder of the check complaint in police station in name of my father and my brother and me for He's a threat to us and we have threatened to kill him.but my mother and father already Dispossessed by brother and his family last 2 year back we also have 2 nos of newspaper cutting and affidavit of rs. 10. pls advise me what can i do.
