Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
An Fir was filled against me U/s 420, 120(b). On Investigation by Police, as I was not present in the company at the time of the alleged fraud. I provided the necessary documents confirming the same,I was found Innocent and kept under column 2.
What does this mean? Can I get the FIR quashed basis of the Police Investigation.

May be.
Have Police Reported vetted from your lawyer in the High Court and act accordingly.
Has the police filed case (FIR) in court? If yes pl check whether your name appears in FIR and in other documents.
There is no offensive material against you thats why the police has put you under column 2 and you dont have to get FIR quashed , the court itself is going to discharge you but engage a good criminal lawyer for arguments etc.......Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
