Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
mera dost ek murder case me fas gya h aur source k karan attempt to rape ka case bhi file hai....bt rape medical me nikla nahi hai...aur usne ek ladies ko road pe se utha k hospital me admit kra diya then uski maut ho gayi.....us par case kr diya gya....
Is baat ko 7-8 month ho gya h aur dost ghar se farar bhi hai......uske ghr jabti-kurki bhi ho chuki hai....
Aap koi achha sa advice de ...mai apne dost ko bachana chahta hu plzzz
