Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i opened a fake facebook account just for fun ,my intentions were not bad ,i didn't opened it to do any offensive things just opened it for fun and i uploaded a girls pic ,not a bad pic, just a normal pic which i founded from a social networking site. ,but i only uploaded the pic pretended to be me and with in a minute i deleted that pic ,i didn't take anyother information like her phone number ,address,credit card number no nothing so that not called a cyber crime .i guess when u uploaded ur pic it can be shared so i shared her pic and didn"t do anyother offensive things with that photo .now i guy is threatning me that she will find her and tell everything about it .so is it a cyber crime or an identification theft ,though i have deleted everything
