Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir I am injured feeling pain If I stand more time. I am a complainant in a complaint case , next date is fixed for pre charged evidence. Can I submit my evidence by affidavit through advocate without going to court by taking exemption ?

yes on medical grounds court can allow exemption from personal appearance.
