Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir, i owned a 2 bhk flat costing rs 60 lakhs in mg road pune. My younger brother made me to sign certain documents telling me that they related to certain amoun of loan which he wants to obtain from bank and he wants me to be a gurrantor but actually they were the deeds transferring the title of my flat to him . I am now thrown out of my own house and living in room kitchen apartment i own at kothrud pune sir how can i proceed against him under ipc does it comes under section 415 and 420 ipc dishonestly inducing anyone to deliver property
