Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
MY wife and all her family members are US citizen . However my wifes mom is indian citizen. Can my wife file 498 A case against my family member(in-laws) though my wife has never visited my parental home. My wife is from PUNJAB and I am from KERLA.

As per law where cruelty does only there is jurisdiction to fill case but require full facts so i can guide u properly
